Private Chef & Camp Cooking Experience
Exclusively at the Williamson Outfitters Lodge
After a full day in the blind, on the boat, or in the marsh, there’s nothing better than coming back to a hot, professionally prepared meal. Our on-site cooking service is available exclusively at the Williamson Outfitters lodge in Eastpoint and is designed to complete your full Forgotten Coast experience.

Whether it’s a hearty Southern breakfast before a morning hunt or a full dinner spread after a day on the water, our chef will select and prepare the specific dish(es) based on seasonal ingredients, availability, and the freshest options possible. Every meal is crafted to be filling, flavorful, and perfect for lodge dining.

Fuel up before sunrise with options like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, breakfast tacos, fresh fruit, and more — chef’s choice within the breakfast style you select.
🍽 Cook Your Catch
Harvested fresh fish on your charter? We’re happy to prepare your catch for you. Whether it’s blackened, fried, grilled, or featured in a specialty dish, we’ll turn your success on the water into a memorable meal at the table.
Note: Additional seafood market pricing only applies if seafood is purchased by the chef. This does not apply to seafood provided by the client.
Pricing
- $100 Private Chef Service Fee (per meal)
- $25 Per Person
- Seafood Upcharge may apply depending on current market prices (if purchased by chef)
- Add Homemade Dessert: +$10 Per Plate
- NOTE: During duck season it's $20 per person and no Chef Service Fee.
Gratuity for the chef is appreciated but not required.
Important Notes
- Service is provided only at the Williamson Outfitters lodge in Eastpoint.
- Guests must inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.
- We are not responsible for food allergies or allergic reactions.
- Final menu selections are at the chef’s discretion within your chosen cuisine style.
